What are new user coupons?

The window is typically 30 days from account creation, though some promotions extend this during major sales.

Types of new user offers
AliExpress rotates new-user promotions, but three types appear consistently:
- Welcome coupon bundle — a set of 3–5 coupons at different spend thresholds (e.g. $3 off $15, $8 off $40, $15 off $80). These auto-apply at checkout if your cart qualifies.

- Visit the new-user landing page. AliExpress usually shows a “Welcome” banner at the top of the homepage for new accounts. Click it to reveal your coupon bundle.
- Check the “My Coupons” section in your account dashboard. Claimed coupons appear here with their expiry dates and minimum spend requirements.

Best strategy for your first order
Because new-user coupons cannot be combined with regular platform codes, the optimal approach depends on your cart size:
